The staff was very helpful with directions and local tips. my room had a functional layout, maximizing the small space. the location is close to the dlr station. It was convenient for getting around. i appreciated the 24-hour reception. It felt secure.

the staff gave a friendly welcome! the room was lovely and comfy and it had everything needed. they mentioned the entrance is within a cafe, and i think they said they were happy to give you tea and coffee, which i appreciated.

the location was superb. it had such easy access to the dlr, jubilee line, and elizabeth line. shops, cafes, and restaurants were also close. the london docklands museum was right next door!!!
the shower pressure was slightly less powerful than i prefer, but still functional.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quite spacious. I liked the air conditioning and the lighting options available in the room.
The workers began earlier at 7am with loud banging. The hotel seemed to lack soundproofing. Conversations in the hall were easily heard.

the reception staff were super cute. they provided clear instructions on using the heating and air conditioning system. the hotel's proximity to restaurants and dlr, elizabeth. jubilee line stations made accessing central so easy. it got me there in less than 30 minutes!
i noticed some fluff and short hairs on the bedding plus a long hair in the bathroom. the workmanship in the bathroom felt a little unfinished particularly the plastic and silicone around the shower tray.

The room was modern and I find it clean. The bed were comfortable, and the bathroom plus the shower was nice. I believe the room design was quite clever with drop down shelves and cubbies. It does save space, I saw a couple of USB sockets.
I was given a room without window, it was surprising. I think you must specifically book a room with a window. It feels a trick, a window should come as standard. The rooms are tiny, it was not an issue for two nights for work, but I would not stay for longer.
